Refund policy

We want you to love your Agua y Sol shirt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn and unused 
  • Be unwashed 
  • Be in its original conditions
  • Have the original tags attached 

How to Request a Return

Please contact us at aguaysolbacalar@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to start the process. 

Include your order number and the reason for your return, along with pictures of the product to verify eligibility. We will provide instructions for returning the item, including a discounted return label. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we sent you the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We have a flat rate of 200 MXN to return. 

Original shipping charges are non-fundable. Thus, if you purchased an item for 950 MXN and paid 330 MXN for shipping, your refund will not include shipping, and we will deduct the return fee. The total refund would be 750 MXN 

Incorrect or Defective Items 

If we sent you the wrong item, or your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. If the issue is confirmed to be our error or an explicit manufacturing defect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, exchange, or refund.

In these situations, Agua y Sol will cover reasonable return shipping costs. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to verify and reserve a different size or design is to order a new one first, while making a request for a return and refund on the original purchase. 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it's been issued. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was a result of an error on our part.
